quiet room

great directions

staying at rhodes was a joy. the location was perfect, just a short stroll from paddington station. my room in the second building was really comfortable and quiet with extra glazing. i loved the friendly staff who gave me a handy map of the area. access to tea and coffee plus the option to store my luggage for free was a great bonus.

Convenient and cozy

Great location just a 5-minute walk from Paddington. The twin room was clean and came with a fridge and kettle for tea and coffee. Nice shower with good water pressure. The breakfast included fresh fruits, pastries, and cereal. Staff was super helpful during check-in and check-out. No lift but the charm made it worth it.

The Twin Room was clean and the beds were comfy, definitely a plus for a budget stay. We got a ground floor room, which made things easier. Space might feel tight for anyone used to larger North American styles. Bathrooms were decent, but a bit cramped. We loved the location, just a quick walk to the tube and some great spots to grab a quick bite. The room was cozy, and even with 5 teenagers and 2 children, we enjoyed having space to unwind after our long days. Plus, daily cleanings kept everything fresh!

In my wife’s opinion, the rooms could use some extra space for families traveling with kids. It got a bit cramped at times, especially with all the luggage we brought on our trip.
